We’re looking for a Digital Designer to help lead our portfolio of brands into the next era of digital commerce and marketing. In this role your mission is to disrupt scroll fatigue and create meaningful, clean and persuasive visual stories that resonate on Amazon, social media and beyond.
 
We are looking for an innovator who has experience cutting video to do sequential story telling and is  eager to use Generative AI and turn complex information into beautiful, thumb-stopping reality.

Critical Success Factors /Outcomes
  • High-Velocity Creative Engine – Transforming objectives into visual stories, generating thumb-stopping videos, with rhythmic editing, precise music synchronization and dynamic text animations and transitions that command instant attention.
  • Platform-Native Design - Well-versed on what performs at each stage of the customer journey on Amazon vs. email vs TikTok, always developing persuasive assets for each.
  • AI-Accelerated Creative – Integrating Generative AI tools into the creative process to slash turnaround times and scale output without compromising quality. Targeting a 30% reduction in turnaround times compared to traditional workflows.
  • Strategic Brand Elevation – Each of our 13 brands is unmistakable, whether on the shelf or a device screen. The creative team consistently brings fresh ideas for each brand and supports other teams with creative ideas and feedback.
  • Data-Informed Collaboration – This role acts as a bridge between creative and commercial by collaborating with marketing, sales, ecommerce and education teams, to iterate design based on real-world performance. Regularly present innovations to the team based on what is trending in an ever-changing landscape.
  • Process Improvement & Efficient Workflows – Best in class standards and processes for every stage of production are the goal with opportunities for continuous improvement consistently being identified and worked on. Deadlines are met or adjusted according to business priorities.
  • Contribute to Growth – Creating customer- and consumer-facing communications, infographics and other assets that deliver results in each channel – ecommerce, social, paid media, retail, industry events and more.
  • Build Scalable Creative Library – Optimizing our asset repository, ensuring every file is stored intuitively and consistently. You identify opportunities to streamline asset sharing across the organization to eliminate duplicate work and maximize output.
 
Core Competencies
  • Digital Specialist – you are a fluent digital-first creative with high standards in digital design, video editing, motion graphics and print.
  • Technical Power User – Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion graphics tools is a requirement. Previous experience using Project Management/Collaboration tools (such as ClickUp, Asana, or Workfront) and visual framework tools (such as Figma) are strongly preferred.
  • AI-Augmented Creative – You are an early-adopter of Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Nano Banana). You view these tools as partner that enhances your creativity and efficiency, not a shortcut to lesser work.
  • Visual Translator – You have the rare ability to distill complex information into digestible and persuasive visuals. You take stakeholder feedback and spin it into strategic solutions. You share valuable feedback with other creatives and stakeholders.
  • Growth Mindset – You are a self-motivated and strategic high-achiever. You don’t just wait for briefs to roll in; you identify opportunities to improve performance and brand presence.
  • Relationship Builder – You build high-trust relationships with coworkers and other stakeholders, acting as a positive force within the team even during high-pressure work cycles.
  • 3+ years experience working in consumer-facing design or agency work plus degree or diploma in graphic/communications design.
  • Organized and skilled handling a variety of assignments under deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
  • Portfolio Requirement: Include a link to your exceptional portfolio showcasing your Business+Beauty approach with short-form video work, ecommerce infographics and examples of AI-enhanced projects.

Compensation

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
